Q: Will you build on my lot?
A: Yes we will build one of our homes on your lot, or you can bring your own plans. We would love the opportunity to build on your lot or ours.

Q: How long have you been in business?
A: Over 10 years, but have been in the custom building business for over 30 years.

Q: How does T.L. Goode Homes differentiate themselves from their competitors?
A: We are family owned and operated and have a friendly, knowledgeable and devoted team of professionals ready to serve you. We are a Class A Contractor and consider ourselves to be a true custom homebuilder.

Q: How does the warranty process work?
A: Every home has a full (1) year warranty at the end of 90 days give us a call with any concerns and then again in 11 months and we will set up an appointment that suits your schedule, and are pleased to serve you and remedy any of your warranty claims.

Q: Am I welcome to visit my home as it is being built?
A: Most certainly, but we would appreciate you scheduling through the office to insure your safety and the safety of your family from construction work.

Q: How long will it take to build my home?
A: Of course that depends on the size and options you choose, but most home can be completed from the time the plans have been finalized in 6 months or less.
